Here’s the story of how I went from a size 30 to a size 27- without loosing a pound! (Sorry girls, no big diet secrets here)
Ok, here’s the story:
In the past I always bought my jeans too big thinking I’d probably shrink them in the wash. Also, I’ve always thought tight jeans were uncomfortable. What, of course, ended up happening was my jeans would stretch out, not shrink, and thus I would end up with jeans that were way too big.
Ok, don’t laugh, here are the before and after photos...
At Melange we always recommend people buy jeans that feel a little too small when they first try them on. If they feel tight when you first buy them, they will probably feel perfect after they stretch out about a half size.

Oh my josh!!! I totally had this problem too. I would always buy jeans at least 3 sizes too big. I'd always think I'd gain weight.....or that they needed to be big to be long enough and comfy. Only when I started shopping at Melange have I learned to change my ways. Instead of the 31s, I now buy the 28s. And I'm pleased to say that jeans are more comfortable now then ever before...and look much better too. I think it is a personal image thing too....like now I'm more realistic about my size...and don't imagine myself to be bigger then I really am. Plus....now that I shop at Melange, the clothing sizes are true. I mean....have you ever gone to Abercombie and Fitch and held up a size large?! It is like so tiny. Melange clothes are true sizes!!! Made to fit women. Thank goodness.

An impressive share! I've just forwarded this onto a coworker who has been doing a little homework on this. And he in fact bought me dinner because I stumbled upon it for him... lol. So let me reword this.... Thank YOU for the meal!! But yeah, thanks for spending the time to discuss this topic here on your blog.

Right now it looks like BlogEngine is the best blogging platform available right now. (from what I've read) Is that what you are using on your blog?
