My recent bra shopping experience....

I had a dear friend who came to stay with me this past weekend, and we went on a lingerie shopping expedition (she has a new "honey" and wants to wow him with lacey stuff.)  We hit up a boutique in Portland called Oh Baby that just sells lingerie.  My friend tried on every racey number possible and about an hour into it I decided that I might see if they had an "reasonably utilitarian" bras that were still pretty.  So I was "fitted" and she put me into a 30E....huh? Yeah, I know, I didn't think they made that size either.  I'm a small person, but I wouldn't say super small--well, maybe NOW I would :-).  I was completely dubious and even more dubious when I spotted the price tag on the bra....$104.  Maybe I've been cheap in the past, but I'm not sure I've ever spent more than $75 on a bra??!!  Anyway, I tried it on, and now I'm spoiled for life.  It was, hands down, the best fitting bra I've EVER tried on.   I actually think it is worth every penny of its price.  At first I thought it might be too tight in the rib cage, but after a few minutes I didn't notice it anymore (the snuggness at first made me feel claustrophic).   I am now of the opinion that I would rather own one bra that fit like this, than 10 bras of my past-bra fitting life.  It was THAT great!  Signed, ME {lv}
