In case you were wondering how many voicemails it would hold...

Just in case you were wondering...my Blackberry holds 19 messages before it gives the "mailbox full" recording (which it is giving right now and has for several weeks....I kind of like not accumulating any more).  My home phone...well, that baby holds a LOT more.  Yesterday I erased 84 messages...that is EIGHTY-FOUR.  I can't confirm whether it said "mailbox full"--I kind of think it didn't.  Wow.  It is really a wonder we had so many messages because my outgoing personal message basically says, "you can leave a message but I'll tell you right now, we don't check them much so it is kind of pointless."  You would think that would deter people...but no.  Even some of my good friends leave me messages like, "just in case you check this...."  Yeah, right.  In my opinion, caller ID and text have all but eliminated the need for me to deal with the voicemail automated system that always seems to take forever.  You can imagine my aggravation at erasing 84 messages.  You might wonder why I have voicemail in the first place?  Good question, I'm not sure.  Signed, ME {lv}
