While we were in San Miguel de Allende, I made a little fashion purchase for the girls that I thought I would share. They are mad, crazy, in love with these boots, especially little Gia who puts them on and says, "my horse, my horse", recalling her horse back riding experience (yes, her tiny little 2 1/2 year old body sat on a huge horse for a 30 minute ride while we hovered nearby to make sure she didn't fall off). If they had them in my size, I would definitely have gotten them too....everybody needs a pair of cowboy boots!
Middle of summer? Who cares mom, we love these even if our feet are sweaty!!

Very cool indeed - I wouldn't have wanted to take them off either! Was San Miguel de Allende a good place to go with kids?

San Miguel is a GREAT place to take kids...our kids didn't want to come home, literally. We felt really safe too. I'm completely entranced by the city...it has a magical air and has a very old Spanish colonial feel to it. There were plenty of activities for them (my girls are pretty young, there would be more if they were older), but even just walking into town to the jardin and wandering around was an adventure! The shopping is amazing too--great art galleries! If you are thinking about going, email me thru the website at l[email protected] --I have a TON of info to pass on :-)!

San Miguel is a magical city with alot of activities for all ages. My grandchildren enjoyed activities in the plaza and the park. Evening walks to the ice cream shop..
The boots are definitely great haveing purchased the same pair as the girls only in turquoise..waiting for cooler weather.
