It's not often that a new denim line comes along that is actually worthy of some love. The truth is, lines have come and gone in the denim world like crazy over the last 5-10 years, and you barely have time to say the name before they are gone. Henry & Belle is different though. They have something that I think might just stick for good. What sets them apart? Well, first is the fit. They fit REALLY well, and have lots of stretch so they hold their shape, and are very comfortable (these are my go-to travel jean now). I have a pair of the skinny ankle jeans from this summer and have worn them a TON. Second, they are a premium denim line, but the prices are still reasonable. I'm not sure when the "norm" became $225-250 for a pair of jeans, but it is really, REALLY, refreshing to see a great quality pair of jeans for $140-168. Third, the company is committed to giving back, and building a respected and respectable company from within. They donate to a charity with EVERY pair of jeans they sell. That's pretty cool. We had Megan from the company in the store for the trunk show and she was super awesome--we just love her (and it's great to buy a pair of jeans from someone you love). Lastly (let's see...I think that is #4), I like that they have a lot of styles that are nice and simple, washes are simple, colors are good, silhouettes are wearable and not too extreme. These jeans just look good on, and you wear THEM, not the other way around. This is a line that once you try on, you are sold...it's that simple, so if you haven't tried them, DO!
