I walked with a friend this morning in the beautiful sunshine and it felt like food for the soul. I had planned on going to a noon yoga class, but then right before I needed to leave I realized that I didn't quite feel like going. I usually always feel like going, and I'm completely a creature of habit. I also tend to be a little OCD with my schedule and rituals and feel guilty when I don't follow thru. But here's the thing that is awesome. You can change your mind. You can do whatever you want and you don't have to feel bad or guilty about it. It's so basic. So simple. It felt liberating to remind myself though, and good to follow thru with doing what my body and heart felt like doing--regardless of what I had written in my bullet journal.
So that's it. Remember that you have the power to do what feels right for YOU. That means you can change your mind, change your attitude, change your style....and you can own it fully. AND, it will feel good.
